1. Service overview

InviteSafe provides secure invitation links to WhatsApp groups. These links display a short form, then an automated filter decides access and, if accepted, redirects to WhatsApp.

2. Admin account

An admin account is required to create and manage secure links. Signup and authentication details are described in the admin interface.

3. Filtering process

Filtering relies on questions asked to the applicant (mandatory motivation and, if configured, location). The decision can be automatic and result in acceptance or refusal with a neutral message.

4. Responsibility

InviteSafe acts as a technical intermediary. The service does not manage WhatsApp groups or their content. Admins and members remain responsible for exchanges and decisions in their groups.

5. Limitation of liability

InviteSafe does not guarantee a complete absence of spam. The service provides filtering and anti-abuse tools but is not liable for user or third-party behavior.

6. Subscription and payment (if Pro)

Payments are processed via Stripe. The Pro plan is active after payment and can be canceled according to subscription rules.

7. Account deletion

An admin can delete their account from the interface. Deletion anonymizes personal data and disables associated links.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its brand, and its content are protected by copyright.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent courts in France.
